One of our favorite skirts, we have very limited stock, and you won't find this item anywhere else. This long black skirt is made of thin cotton and features an uneven flared ruffle hem. The skirt is constructed of vertical panels that spiral at the base to meet the hem. The skirt sits low on the waist and is straight to the full hem.
