This unique overskirt has a denim waistband with a sheer black chiffon skirt. The skirt has a pointed pixie hem and is open down the front, lacing at the waistband with black leather cord.

Measurements given are the smallest the waist will go - it can be laced looser at the waistband, and worn high at the waist, or low on the hips.
