These cool pants are made of a silky-smooth rayon/acetate black satin. The legs features patch pockets on the sides. Each leg has, on the outside seam about 13" up from the hem, a small hole that is threaded with a satin strap to gather the side - it can be worn up, or down, and even with the strap removed. The wide waistband buttons inside, and fabric loops hold a sash that ties in the front. Front zip.
